Who you are calling

Third generation, still a family business

Plumbing passed down from father to son, run out of Pawtucket, working across Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts.

De Rosa Bros is a small, family-owned plumbing and heating business built on doing the work properly and standing behind it. It is third-generation and family-run — the trade handed down rather than picked up.

That matters less as a story than as a practical difference in how a job goes. The person who looks at your boiler is the person who quotes it and the person who comes back if something is not right. Nobody here is working to a daily ticket target, and nobody is paid more for selling you a replacement than for fixing what you have.

It also means we will tell you when the answer is no. A furnace that is fifteen years old and running is a furnace that is running. If a repair is the honest answer, that is the answer you will get, and if a system genuinely has to be replaced we will show you why rather than assert it.

Most people reach Brian directly. Call, or send a photo by text — plenty of problems get diagnosed that way before anyone drives anywhere, and it saves you a visit you did not need to pay for.

We work out of Pawtucket and cover Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts. A lot of the housing in that stretch is old, and the plumbing in it is older — which is the part of this job we happen to like most.

Two adults and two children in matching De Rosa Bros work clothing standing on a front lawn, each holding a pipe wrench, with a clapboard house and a bare tree behind them. The De Rosa Bros wreath logo, the words Plumbing and Heating, and a phone number are set into the top right of the picture.

How we work

What we will and will not tell you

Every claim on this site is something De Rosa Bros have published themselves. There is a reason you will not find the usual four or five phrases here.

Most plumbing sites in this state open with the same block of words, and none of them mean anything by the time a customer has read the fifth one. We would rather tell you what the work involves and let you judge.

So: no awards nobody voted on, no customer counts nobody counted, no promises about how fast a van will arrive that depend entirely on what else went wrong that morning. What is here is what we do and how we do it.

Very responsive both with initial contact and requests for additional information. Came out very shortly after engagement and was able to tackle the initial project and some additional things we needed work on. Very professional team that was able to get some more advanced repairs done without half as much work needed as quoted by other plumbers. A bit on the pricier side but worth the expense.

They were quick to schedule with, and even quicker to repair our leak! Would highly recommend them to do any of your HVAC or plumbing work!

Amazing guys 8pm on a Friday night I lost my heat, I called Brian and he said someone would be by within an hour. Less than 40 minutes later a young man Bryant came by, took a look and gave me a more than fair price. Had it back up super quick, great customer service, great response time, very thorough overall great people and will definitely be calling if anything else ever happens.

Brian walked me through the whole process over texts, highlighting the pictures I was sending him to point out the things. He helped me diagnose and resolve the problem within an hour and was very responsive with his replies, even though it was late at night. Because of generous help, I was able to get heat in my unit.
