Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing

This is the work people actually see and touch every day, and it is the work where a rushed job announces itself soonest. A faucet that was fitted in fifteen minutes onto forty-year-old shut-offs is a leak with a date on it.

Fixtures, fitted to last

Most of what we do here is straightforward, and doing it well is mostly about not skipping the parts nobody will look at.

  • Kitchen and bathroom faucets
  • Sinks, vanities and tub and shower valves
  • New tub installation, including the waste and overflow
  • Toilets — replaced, reset, or the running one finally fixed
  • Garbage disposals fitted and wired in correctly
  • Shut-off valves replaced while everything is apart

Why we change the shut-offs

The small valves under a sink are the part everyone leaves alone. They are also the part that seizes, and the moment you actually need one — a burst supply line at midnight — is the moment you find it will not turn.

Replacing them while the fixture is already off is minutes of work. Replacing them after a failure is a different evening entirely.

Remodels, and getting us in early

If a kitchen or bathroom is being redone, the plumber wants to be in the conversation before the tile goes down, not after. Moving a drain is easy while a floor is open and expensive once it is closed.

We are happy to look at a plan and tell you what will and will not work where you want it.
