De Rosa Bros is third-generation and family-run — plumbing passed down from father to son, and now a business run by a family rather than a call centre with a van fleet.
Practically, that means the person who quotes the job is the person who does it, and the person who answers the phone knows what happened on your last visit. It also means we would rather tell you a water heater has years left in it than sell you one you do not need — there is no commission structure here to argue with.
